Q: Is OwnStudio a gym membership?

No. We don't sell gym memberships or access to equipment. We sell personalized training services. You book sessions with a certified trainer at your convenient times.

Q: I'm very unfit. Will I be judged or feel uncomfortable?

No judgment here, ever. You're in a completely private space. It's just you and your trainer. Trainers specifically love working with clients starting from a lower fitness baseline—the transformation potential is massive.

Q: I've never done formal training before. Is this for me?

Absolutely. We work with complete beginners all the time. Your first session is a comprehensive assessment—we learn about your body, movement patterns, and fitness history. Everything progresses from there. You control the intensity and pace.

Q: Can I do 1 session per week?

Absolutely. One session weekly is fine; results will progress more gradually
(8-12 weeks timeline vs. 4-6 weeks with 2-3x/week frequency).

Q: What if I need to pause my training?

No problem. Communicate with us, and we'll pause your package. Restart whenever you're ready.

Q: What if I need to reschedule?

No problem. Cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your session. For same-day cancellations, that session counts against your package.

Q: Can I share a package with a friend?

No, packages are individual. However, you can train together in our small group sessions—each person purchases their own small group package.

Q: Are sessions transferable?

No. Sessions are personal to you and cannot be transferred to another person. Book sessions that fit your schedule.

Q: Do you offer discounts for longer-term commitments?

We keep pricing consistent per package. We don't believe in pressure tactics.
